About Me: I’m a Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist based in San Diego County. After earning my B.A., I have since dedicated my work to the mental health, wellness, lifestyle, and nonprofit spaces.

If I’m not helping others bring their ideas to life and make a difference in their community, I’m probably exploring San Diego County with my German Shepherd. My favorite drink is an iced matcha latte.

What I Do: As a mental health advocate, I understand that asking for help is one of the greatest acts of love an individual can make. Utilizing my background in digital marketing, social media management, and publishing, I have fostered Family Life Therapy’s virtual communications, branding, and marketing outreach.

Creatively, I strive to curate compelling content through an unbiased, research-supported lens. Soulfully, I deeply value compassionate communication, community-forward initiatives, and intersectional justice.
